After two decades of working with some of the most amazing, industry-leading organizations, I’ve channeled all that I have learned into creating The Talent Project! Building a talent acquisition function from the ground up within a global organization was one of the most rewarding and transformative accomplishments of my career. Now, I am deeply passionate about sharing my professional expertise to empower talent acquisition teams with the processes and systems needed to drive efficiency, enhance effectiveness, and reduce cost-to-hire, setting them up for long term success. 

With extensive experience recruiting on both the agency and corporate sides for companies such as Kate Spade, Orveon, Shiseido, Aeropostale, Anthropologie, and Express, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the challenges involved in hiring top talent. As a corporate recruiter, I’ve navigated periods of rapid growth and more challenging times when attracting the right talent requires strategy and perseverance. My experience spans all levels, from interns to executives, across creative, marketing, support functions, and operations. This breadth of experience uniquely positions me to understand how the various functions of an organization work together, enabling me to identify candidates who not only fit the role but also elevate the broader team. 

I’m very passionate about understanding the ins and outs of an organization and how to best support it from a talent acquisition perspective. Building long term relationships with clients and the candidates I represent is super important to me. So as you can imagine, I take great pride in providing a positive experience for all involved in the process.
